You and Justin had a huge fight the other day. His fame was too much for your simple life and you were done with it all. You told him you couldn’t do it anymore and ended the phone conversation with a click.
A few hours later you got a phone call from him, intrigued with what he had to say, you answered. He began to stutter as he slowly began to say, “I wrote this for you, can you just listen?”
You stayed silent as you waited for him to begin. The song started with a slow piano melody that was slightly altered by the phone’s quality, however you could still hear the beauty in it.
Each word stung as he sang them into the phone and a tear slid down your cheek as he got to the chorus. Once he had finished you slumped down into your chair and began sobbing.
“I love you baby, I always will,” he whispered.
With that, he ended the phone conversation and the rest of your lives together.
